I'm kinda unsure about this. I've been a member of this site for almost 4 years now, but I just recently got back into it and a lot of things are kind of confusing to me. Any help would be really appreciated!

2.31 million mathematically, but the smallest denomination is 100 CSC which sells for 3.3 million in user shops. You might be able to get someone to sell you one for 3 million though.

You're welcome. I suppose you could purchase something under 100 CSC from the cash shop and sell/buy that. That's kinda like selling/buying less than 100CSC. But the CSC itself can't be sold except through the gift cards which come in 100, 250, 500, 1000, 3000, and 5000 sizes.

You're welcome, the price of CSC is very stable and if anything it'll only increase. So there's no harm in holding on to it. Not to mention there are sometimes sales, so 70CSC might not buy anything you want now but it might get you something you want later.
