i like the colour scheme, but there seems to be too much going on i can give you some suggestions if you like, ive got quite a few :P

I'd suggest a brighter blue for the leg area (try layering bright stockings/leggings under the lace leggings? I don't remember how transparent they are), and personally I'd remove the background, snow and smoke (they distract too much and add more shades of colours that are neither wanted nor needed).

The red lipstick is a little off and I don't like the snow as a background in general...

9/10 the necklace blends a lil too much with the hair.
