I know that Kyokou is made by combining Icekiss + Riptide. Icekiss is about 50mil-60mil, however there is only one riptide in trades (and none in shops), so I'm not sure what to sell people who want to buy my kyokou.

Well it is a nice wearable... not sure how good a weapon it is. Hm usually combo legendaries are hard to sell but perhaps you could get between 75-90mil? Or something along those lines.
