I have 5 titles now, went to make sure at claim retroactive titles, but I don't have the achievement yet. Is there something I need to do to get it?

you have to go to the page where you change your title for forums to get it.

I don't know where that page is. I've never changed my title for the forums.

Personal > Site Preferences > Forum Options > change forum title.
