i think is the change of servers, it happens to me very often :(

i think it run like when you use too many second to finish your quest :s i hate these cahnge of servers -.-

You can force yourself to stay on one server if you use www.web1.subeta.net or web2, web3 when doing wizard quests. That way it won't mess up your rewards.
