It's not.. bad. It's just seems really random. None of the colors match at all; you have green, pink, purple, white, blue-gray, blue, black, white, off-white. It looks as though you clicked random items from your wardrobe to piece your HA together. Focus more on the color scheme, and change the top since it seems too dressy to be worn out in a swamp.

7/10, the wraps on your legs and stuff don't really match with the scenery.

- The rainbow stuff doesn't really fit but then again, it kind of does. XD You need something rainbow/spectrum up top to bring it all together but those rose petals are too much and make the avie too busy. 7/10

The first thing you need to do is take out the backdrop. It makes the HA look more cluttered than it already is.

I have to say, the only thing I don't like about your HA are the bits of random debris (no clue what item(s) it is). Other than that, I think it's pretty nice. c:
