Okay, I have no idea how it got into my inventory, but I just found a Twilight Potion. It was just sitting there.

Do you by chance have a lizard minion trap and spray? You probably just missed the event, yeah. The Wizard also will drop by and hand you a potion out of the blue, he gave me two dusk potions in two days once.

Nope, I have nothing to stop those damn lizards, and oh how they always taunt me.
