Are there such a thing as Strength and Defense boosts here? Or is it based on each individual point? My Strength is 155 and Defense is 101, so I am wondering if I am near a new boost or if each point I train has a greater effect? Thanks in advance!

There are no longer "boost tiers" since the recent revamp. Now every stat point counts towards your attack and defense. By very small increments. :)

Oh okay, awesome! Thanks :) That makes my Helm of Six Fangs more valuable to me... Gets my Strength and Defense up there pretty fast in battle. I think thats why I can beat Daemon and Mechalag xD
