Nope, you can't dye wigs in the hair salon. You can only dye the default hairstyles.

I think this actually has been suggested before but I could be wrong.

as for suggestion definitely no. can you imagine having to recolor ALL WIGS even unique ones to 5-6 colors? that would be way too much work. if you want a specific color you can use the hair salon :)
