I don't think that's possible. :( The only option you'll have if you get a wrapped gift is to open it. As always, not sure if there's another way. ;)

I'm pretty sure there is no other way. It's like loyalty boxes; the only option with them is to use/open. They can't be moved in any way out of your inventory.

Some of the empty giftboxes sort of look like wrapped gifts.

I think that might be about your only option that isn't super expensive like collections or lumineve gifts.
