I had Baenwurath unlocked as a challenger but used a second set of Medieval Research Notes (I forgot who they unlocked). It came up with the event saying "Baenwurath has challenged you in the Battle Coliseum" and my set of notes have disappeared.

Is it intended to do this?

I would guess that you can use them again but that kinda seems silly. If you file a ticket, they can probably look into refunding the notes and maybe fixing that for all the notes.

Is there a way to get a programmer's attention? I've been told that no refund can take place until it's decided whether the notes are intended to disappear or not. (which a programmer needs to confirm)
