How do you get the spreading it around achievement? I already have a virus, but I want to know how to get that achievement once I reach the final stage.

This achievement has retired so is unfortunately no longer achievable, two years ago when the great pandemic first started you could bite other users and infect them, (similarly to the kissing - except spreading the disease), thus 'spreading it around'. sorry to disappoint :(

Oh, that's fine. I wasn't around two years ago so there's no regret. I didn't even know about Subeta back then. This is only my second pandemic :)
