I have a question about the SAI infection. Does the Healer shows it as a real infection or do i already have a new infection if the healer says so?

I have the SAI infection,but Skitters won't see me,so I guess the only way to know if you have a real virus is when Skitters does want to see you

I'm curious about this SAI infection as well, and how/if it effects those who are already zombies. As a veteran zombie, I'm not keen to have anything happen to my precious bodily fluids.

i didn't get the offer for the SAI ifection until i had cured my zombie infection. I don't think you can get it while still a zombie.

Ah alright. Cool. Then it's just something I can skip over. Shame that I'll miss the achievement, but I like being a zombie more XD
