I got the SAI injection... but skitters is still telling me that he doesn't want to see me...

The only thing you can do with the fake infection is explore the Underground. I'm pretty sure that's it.

the sai injection is a fake infection. and skitters doesn't let anyone who doesn't have a stage six infection in the zombie den.

Nope, you need to be 09, 10, or stage 6+ 11 zombie for Skitters to give you a pasty box.

There are so many to collect!!! How will I get them all...
