Lol now what??? I want to get The Doctor is in Achievement

To make a frankenpie, make sure all 8 pieces are in your inventry. Click on one of them and there should be an option to "Stitch Together"

To get 'The Doctor' title you need to complete the meta-achievement.

So you need to complete both the Frankenpie as well as the Frankencluck.
