Best to file a ticket and discuss this with a UA.

I'd definitely file a ticket. O_O; That's....Really weird that they'd send you that warning if you hadn't done anything. I hope you get everything cleared up!

Filing a ticket would be your best bet. A UA would be able to explain what/where you said whatever it was that made them send out that warning.
