Malevolent Grimfruit is pretty much the most effective low-budget healer, healing 50, doing 16-20 icons of damage, and costing only 40K.

Champion Scroll is a scroll that will heal you for an extra 15 health, or Soothing Current will heal you for 8%, which is interesting if 8% of your health is above 15hp. Both are rather cheap
