yes they are. at least for me they are.

just try not to spend more than 15k...no matter what. for 1 item i spend usually less than 10k, maybe 7k?

but i guess best way to find out is to try them out.

~ like said, they are to me as well. Just watch how much you spend. :)

A lot of the items he requests costs like 20k, but I usually get like 75k plus a reward the sP, it gave me like 300k to do all his quests.

I have not been so lucky with his quests. :(
