All of the items in my shop have been bought, but the money hasn't transferred onto my account - is there a way you can do this yourself or is it usually automatic? Sorry, I'm new...

At the top of your edit shop page, you'll see lots of options. One of them says 'profits' - you have to withdraw the money from your till before it's transferred to your on-hand sP. :)
