I noticed there was an achievement for finding one on the forums. What does it do? Is finding one just up to a random event?

Any time you post to the forums or post to your Facebook wall via your Subeta friend feed, there is a small chance you may find a Raffle Ticket, which can give you CSC or one CS item when used.

You have a 1:500 chance in finding one each time you post. When redeemed it will give you a random low number of CSC (I've seen people get between 1 and 26 before I think) or a random single CS item (most likely one of the wearables).
