Hello, www.subetalodge.org is quite a good site if you need to find things. From what I can tell there are two possible items: White Dark-Soled Ice Skates and White Natural-Soled Ice Skates. Both are available from the shops however the dark-soled ones are much cheaper than the natural-soled skates. And if you want, you can try your hand at restocking - sometimes that takes a while though, especially if an item has a higher rarity. I hope this helped.
