hello. about nearly a year ago i lost my account, i'd rather not get into that, and today it has been returned to me :D!

it's been ages since i've played and yep; i feel new around here, so does anyone care to explain what has changed since?

I wouldn't know what to tell you as far as what has changed. Well there were some recent rule tweaks and changes, one actually just mentioned recently in the news feed. And a server move as well. But there have been many glitches and lag because of it.
