Hi I'm new around here and just completed a shinwa quest and was wondering what this item does :)

Its a stat booster item. Used and you will get (possibly) the following stats. 1 Health 0 - 1 Speed

For future reference you can always check what certain items do by going to SubetaLodge.com or SubetaHQ.com

They are fansites for Subeta. Really useful for details and such.

Gives your pet 1 Health and 0 - 1 Speed.

A really good site to figure things out is SubetaLodge or SubetaHQ (personally I use the former more often). They have really good info on pretty much everything on the site.
