I bought Herbal Tea Recipes (same rarity as Ye Royale Proclamatione) which is just as new (maybe a little older) than Ye Royale Proclamatione for 4M. So 5-6m tops :x Which I don't think you'd go for xD;

I'm not normally a stingy person but my empty vault demands it XDDDD;; I will pass for now and see if anyone else wants to go a tad higher. If not, I will be back ;D gl!!
