I'm not sure if my HA is summery or not. So I decided its better to listen to others opinions. I'd like suggestions please.. like is there something that's out of place or something I could add? :)

I think you're summery! What is more summery than sheer cover ups and skirts and flowers :) I especially like the way you used the head band and flower ^_^

I agree with PoeticEnigma, your HA is definitely summery! :D I think it looks great and you don't have to add anything but if you wanted to, you could always add some blush or a little tattoo on the arms/legs :) I would recommed the Rainyday tropical tattoo:
