Ok, so I was noticing something while watching Soul Eater the other day.

Franken Stein from Soul Eater reminds me a lot of Faust VIII from Shaman King.

If they were to battle, who do you think would win?

I'm betting on Faust VIII.

Hmm, it could go either way. I'd say it would depend a lot on which versions of each character.

I haven't kept up with Soul Eater, but there's quite a few version of Faust to choose from. The early ones would probably lose, while his strength by the end would probably give him the win.

Now, Ragnarok vs. Amidamaru...

(That being said, huge Jeanne-sama fan right here!)

I like SK a lot, and Faust was one of my favorites... but honestly, I think his fighting capability towards the end really sucks. He pretty much just got tossed aside as a medic (as did almost every non-main character). Even Faust's strongest offensive OS - MephistoE was probably too big and clunky for Stein (esp if he's using one of the death scythes)
