Ive been waiting to have been on Subeta for 2 years, so I could get a loyalty box and its finally been 2 years, BUT why can't I get the achievment and the loyalty box?

Have you gone to the correct place to collect the loyalty box?

Visit your User Preferences page. If it says you've been a member for two years you should get the achievement along with the box.
