So I use Corel, and I've never really noticed as much, but whenever I add a new layer and try to draw, the 3 squares/layers in the top right corner of the layout box turn red... Anyone know what exactly that does...? I'm just wondering XD

I've wondered about this and have yet to come up with any ideas as to why this happens. I'd love to find out the reason for the color change. :)
