I have not been on much lately and don't remember how to get unstuck from a battle or withdraw. I thought it was in statistics, but can't find it anymore. Can someone help me please ?

When you are in the statistics page, just go over to the pet that is in battle and click the "forfeit battle" button. Also, make sure that your pet has at least 1 HP, is well fed, and happy as those can cause you to not be able to battle as well.
