Basically I wanted to make an HA based on the Peacock Eyes Makeup Kit and this is what I ended up with. But somehow I feel like it might not be complete... Rate and suggestions please?

You're right. It seems a bit bare :( Maybe try a shoulder item, maybe one of those giant puffs? Or some kind of green tattoo. c:

I really like you HA, but the shade of green on your green skirt doesn't seem to compliment the shades of blue. And maybe add some feathers in your hair. :3
