Does anyone know if either of the Miracle Potions will allow me to choose a specific Experiment pet as the color or species? I want the Experiment , but there are so many things for a pet to zap into that I doubt I could ever get that lucky...

You need the species one, which is the Miracle Potion II for that. :)

It will work for sure? I hate to spend the money and it not work

You can gain experiment pets via the Miracle Potion II.
