I was about level 15, a few weeks ago but I played it today and realised it's gone back to the start (level one). Does it do that when you don't get an item back in time, because I was on Item Hunt before subeta went off last and I'm not sure if it went through...

- Yep, when you lose a quest (including when the site fails during your quest), your level get's set back down to 1.
