Mental care centers planned for kids orphaned by disaster

this is great, considering the stigma surrounding basically anything psychological or psychiatric in asia. the number of child psychiatrists is small, but they'll make a huge difference for those kids and possibly japan's view on psychology and psychiatry as well.

Sounds like a good plan. Everyone needs a bit of help coming to terms with major life changes, and it doesn't get much scarier than that.
