One of my friends got her Ametsuchi from the Recycle Shop so it's definitely possible. I am too lazy for collecting Recycle Points so I stalked the user shops like mad until I was able to snag one for 50 Mio. sP. ^^;

I remember, maybe a year ago, that somebody who commented on the recycle beast news updates was saying she was close to buying her 2nd one from there.

I've bought 3-5 from the RB shop :) (haha I can't remember exactly how many :P)
