As far as I know, it's only the Seasonal - 2011 Buckets, etc - that aren't updating, but my achievement count has been stuck at 297 since before the event and even though several of the 2011 / 7th Anniversary achievements are blue instead of grey for me, I haven't been told I've completed that achievement and my Goodie Bag count etc. isn't updating.
Anybody else having this problem? It's so frustrating.

I'm not really sure what you're saying here, so I'm hazarding a guess...
As far as I know, there's only one 2011 Lucky Bucket achievement, and that's for opening 100 of them. It's completely separate from last years achievement. For the goodie bag one, you have open the goodie bags from last year, not the buckets from this year.
