I was wondering if anyone knew all the maximum tiers for each Gelatin? Cause I can only see them as I go up and want to know how to spread my time battling each one :P

You get the It blocks all DM, and do 24-28 of light and 1-4 physical damage And I'm pretty sure you can sell it for a nice amount of sP if you don't need/want it
