I wanted to turn my Ruffie into a Sweetheart Kumos. Since Sweetheart Ruffies haven't been made, if I changed her into the Kumos, would the Sweetheart option be available?

I already have the totem that changes her color.

Of course it should still be there. You can change any pet into any color the only problem is if that pet doesn't come in that color it's just a broken image. But since you want a Sweetheart Kumos you can totally do that.
