the quest guys are different? who all changed any one know?

Wizard, Quentin, Pete, the Hustler, Drunk Carl, Saggi, Mori & Nori, Chase from Item Hunt, Alexander, the toy quest girl I think that's it :)

Usually it's just the few quest people who dress up for Morostide. More changes usually occur when the event actually starts.
