where do i get besides user shops? I thought it was in the Millionaire Center but its not there?

It's probably retired from the Millionaire Center; the items that restock there don't necessarily stay there all the time. :C

is right. It was recently retired from the Millionaire Center. I'm sure it'll be back at some point though!

thanks for the information, ive wanted them for a long time and now im starting to get the sp where i can afford them so i can make the armor pieces that they are used for

I think they were in the MC during Fireside (November) so there's chance for them to make a return then I'd say. :)
