Is the Morostide Bloodred Sabre worth buying... I have never battled but want to start so is it even for battling or is it just a wear

it's a weapon that is only good during Morostide... apparently the stats right now are :

I heard someone else mention something like that 'only good during Morostide'. What exactly does that mean, the stats change depending on the month?

see the item description! during the year, it has basic stats. during morostide, the stats are much improved. it's actually not too bad for 1.25m, but I have much better weapons so I only want it as a wearable ;p
