That is a lot of information! But it looks like you have a very clear idea of what she looks like and have included all the information, I think I can definitely draw her for you. There's one commission in line before you, so I likely won't get started until after Christmas. I will keep you posted with any questions and plenty of WIP.

I plan to draw a piece with higher resolution to include all the details, so I would appreciate a tip, but we can work out the price after we see how the piece turns out and if I need to backtrack or make significant changes in the process. (I'm typically not an expensive artist, so I'm sure you don't have to worry about it)
