Are training prices different for everyone?

I was just wondering because my pet has stats below or right at 400 and it is 18k a session. My friend () has a pet who has stats that are twice as high and she is only paying 12k a session.

Training prices should be determined by multiplying your level by 45.

Ah. Okay thanks! Maybe she was mistaken about her training price, or maybe her pet has a lower level or something. :)
