I'm confused about this scroll's effects. SubetaLodge says 9 ice 3 water but billy's scroll FAQ (http://subeta.net/forums/view/783180) says 9 ice 6 water!

Which one is it? this is pretty important for me deciding which scroll I want to use.

It's 9 and 6 icons. From what I've been hearing, SubetaLodge is having a little trouble with the program that allows them to update weapons/scrolls, so a lot of them are out of date. is really good about keeping his guide accurate, though.
