According to what Keith said here it could take a while.

Generally we never know until it's posted in the News, there's no set time for clearings to happen yet.

The UNs and pet names have to be removed from the database or where ever the data is stored for that stuff by hand so that's why they wait some months inbetween

FINALLY GOT THE 15K WARDROBE DONE!!!!! Next up gutting and selling it.
