So, my retarded (for lack of a better word) cat, Roadie, decided to get herself stuck in a tiny corner behind the water heater sometime overnight. I tried to get her out myself, but nothing worked. Had to call a plumber in to drain the water heater and move it.

UGH.

She's going back to live with my mom. I can't keep getting her out of hairy situations like this. I nearly had a heart attack when I found out she was stuck.

The hole is now covered so she doesn't get back in there. I really hope I never have to go through that again. I was freaking out. Justin was freaking out. My son was freaking out. BLAH. Stupid cat.

Cats can normally extricate themselves, perhaps she IS mentally challenge. My son, named Justin, was born 20 years before yours. Thought that was a funny coincidence. My cats have their own issues... One thinks he is a dog & drinks from the toilet, the other is a passive aggressive pisser, & pees on stuff.

My new cat does that in the space behind our washing machine, but she only "pretends" she's freaking stuck. She'll meow like a mad cat when she knows we're home but when she thinks no one's home, she slinks right out with no problem :P

That's an odd situation because cats are normally pretty smart to know where the fit and where they don't. I don't have cats but that's just another reason for me not to get a pet with hair. (I dislike hairy animals)

They call you cry baby, cry baby
But you don't freaking care

There was no way she was getting herself out of this one. The hole she got herself into was WAY too small, and the water heater was too high to jump with no room to move. I'm sending her back to my mom's house because she's familiar with her home. She's too stressed here. She's out of hiding for the time being, but I don't know for how long. And that's awesome. Justin is my fiance, AJ is our little man. =)

She's not very bright....lol.

My sister's cat likes to put herself in situations like that. She squeezed herself underneath my couch once (it's a VERY small space, no idea how she managed to do it) and couldn't figure out how to get back out 0_o it took me almost an hour to figure out a way to extricate her...dumb cat. They're not always the smartest animals lol

I sent her back to my sister. Can't keep dishing out almost $100 every time she got stuck.
