Facially speaking. This is a commission and I've been wracking my brains for about two days now as to how to make her face more effeminate, as my commissioner wants. But apparently me and effeminate quads don't go hand in hand =X Any ideas?

Maybe try changing or just generally tweaking the shape of the eyes and adding in some lashes. I always find that when I'm drawing more girly guys, adding eyelashes pushes it away from super manly into more effeminate xD

I agree with , just experimenting with different eye shapes and sizes usually works for me. I tend to put larger eyes on female characters, and smaller, squarer eyes on males. Love the way the colourful bands hang, btw, looks really natural and gravity obeying. c;

The shading on her looks lovely! But I still thinks she needs more lashes D;

Mmm, it's a really subtle change, but I think you've nailed it.

Augh I wish I could see the image x_x It sounds like you've already made the necessary changes, but I love looking at differences in facial structure. /is a weirdo
