Well. I think you should check out some of the hair coupons and delish wigs. They are redeemable, so you can make them blonde.

If you change from your wardrobe to all items in subeta and search yellow you should find a ton of items :) I'd suggest using only one of either the wig or default side hair as they don't layer realistically.
