My quests and item hunt that i did yesterday didnt reset back to 0 plays so i cant play either of them today.

I don't think it reset for anyone. There's a thread on it in Problems and Bugs here - it'll probably be fixed in the next day or so.

It's likely that there was a cron failure -- it handles the day's rollover and resets quests, etc. Generally it self-resolves at the following rollover.
