The EPICon is an annual event? And the contest Coslpay, occurs every year? If yes, what dates are they? Please, help me.

Actually Epicon occurs usually whenever there's a lull in summer events. It's not really an annual event. Both times there have been cosplay contests but things could change if they do another Epicon. We don't really know unless it's announced.
