Bucket of Polar Water i got it from the ice fields. but what do i do with it??

Pretty sure it's supposed to be one of those things that would make a Glacier potion...I am not sure what the other item(s) are

Bucket + Artificial Prism Chalice (sold at Millionaire Center in Centropolis) combined at Genetech Lab (Dark Side) makes a Glacier Potion.

so i am better off just selling it then. ok. Thank you!!
